Ghost Recon Wildlands: War Within the Cartel Live Action Trailer
The Santa Blanca Drug Cartel has turned Bolivia into a Dangerous Narco-State. Experience Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands from a new perspective.

El Sueño
El Sueño left his village at 11 to become a Sicario, telling people he wouldn’t come back until he became king. He is rumored to have spoken to Santa Muerte in an awakening. While his tattoos seem to attest to his faith, it is unclear whether he is a true believer or master manipulator.
Brutal and religious, he’s a brilliant leader. El Sueño instills loyalty in those he meets and fear in those who oppose him.

Nidia Flores
The trafficking operation controls the packing and transporting of the Santa Blanca’s final product within Bolivia and internationally. Their main infrastructures include processing plants, shipping stations, railways and airports.
Nidia lived through a violent and traumatic childhood. She became a beauty queen at 18 and started dating Narcos, using them to rise through the organization. She uses her beauty and her wit to make sure the Santa Blanca’s product is delivered safely.

El Cardenal
The influence operation takes care of the Santa Blanca Cartel’s recruitment and public image. They use religion and education to influence civilans. Its main infrastructures include churches, monasteries and sanctuaries.
El Cardenal was excommunicated by the Catholic church for preaching forbidden cults. This caused him to lose everything, until the Santa Blanca Cartel gave his life new meaning. El Sueño invited him to join the cartel, give sermons in Santa Blanca churches, and manage the public image of the organization.

El Yayo
The production arm of the Santa Blanca Cartel focuses on every step of transforming the coca leaf into its white and powdery counterpart. The production operation oversees the coca fields, farms, laboratories, and cartel hideouts. For years, El Yayo was both a coca union leader and a major drug dealer in Bolivia.
He organized the Cocalleros into a medium-level Cocaine production operation. When Santa Blanca arrived, they threatened to kill his family if he didn’t work for them. As a businessman, and growing wary in his old age, he agreed.

El Muro
The security operation makes sure that every division of the Santa Blanca Cartel can operate in safety by taking care of issues rising with the Kataris 26 and Unidad. This group oversees cartel outposts, prisons, camps, and road checkpoints.
El Sueño and El Muro were inseparable best friends growing up in mexico. When El Sueño left their village when he was 11 years old, he told people: “I won’t come back until I’m a King.” El Muro followed soon after, joining the Mexican Military where he rose through the corrupt ranks, gaining money and power.
