CodeBros Live on SABC 3 with Fun-Natix
We were honored to receive an invitation to join a Live TV Broadcast with Fun-Natix on SABC 3, where we discussed three epic games!
[miptheme_quote author=” said the Show Producer” style=”text-center”]Fun-Natix is a live studio, action packed interactive space for teens to express themselves and learn about their world. The show is centered on fun and entertainment. Its all about kids. We want to laugh and play while learning.[/miptheme_quote]
The show is hosted by OB (@obakeng_ngidi) and Michaella (@MichaellaRuss), and we interacted in such a chilled setting and discussed Lego Dimensions, Lego Worlds and the Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy.
Tuesdays is known as Tech Tuesday on the show, which airs everyday between 14H00 and 15H00 on SABC 3. We were not the only guests on the show that had interesting things to discuss, however, CodeBros was in-charge of all things Tech or Gaming related!
What went down?
The show featured Nomsa Muthaphuli & Little Scientists (@LiSc_za and www.littlescientists.co.za) who performed two very fun experiments, the first of which was on how to make Slush Puppy at home using everyday household ingredients and secondly showing us what Chemical and Exothermic Reactions can do with their “Foamy Fountain” and “Elephant Toothpaste” experiments.
The other guests were all students from the Mahikeng Curro Academy (www.curro.co.za), which offers an amazing balance between Academics, Sports and Culture, including Robotics! The students also demonstrated two experiments, the first was an experiment they were awarded a Silver Medal for at the International Science Expo hosted by Eskom, which was a Raindrop Solar Panel, which generates energy through kinetic vibration during rain and also solar energy on a sunny day. The last demonstration was to show us how sound-waves influence liquid matter. It was epic!
What did CodeBros do?
Firstly we discussed Lego Dimensions (Thank you SterKinekor Entertainment for the Demo Kit!), what makes it different from other games like it and from there linked it into the highly anticipated Lego Worlds game that was announced recently for Consoles, dropping on 21 February 2017! Lastly, we lost our minds and chatted about Crash Bandicoot’s N.Sane Trilogy Remaster for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Pro, dropping in 2017! If you would like to see the segments where we discuss these titles, the time codes are as follows:
