1. Plan within a WhatsApp Sub-Group:
If you do not know how to create a sub-group, request to have a sub-group created from an Admin, who will then share the link with you to share with the Main PoGo Raids Alberton WhatsApp Group to begin recruiting Trainers for Raiding.
2. Identify who will be the Raid Leader or Raid Coordinator:
The creator of the Raid Group should be recognized as the Raid Leader unless otherwise elected.
3. Follow your Raid Leader’s instructions:
The Raid Leader will determine the Lobby Time and Meeting Location. Too many requests on the WhatsApp Chat Group from all participants could result in confusion. The Raid Leader is recommended to set the WhatsApp Chat Group Title with Boss, Location and Lobby Time (i.e Ttar Matrix 18H05)
4. Trainers to supply their own:
Raid Passes, Revives and Potions.
5. Make sure your Pokemon are ready for Battle:
Try not to arrive for a Raid and still need to apply Max Revives, Revives or Potions to your Pokemon. This could result in missing or delaying the Lobby Time.
6. Trainers to arrive on time:
Unless alternatively arranged, the raid will go into Lobby Phase at the decided time. Failure to communicate or to notify the Raid Leader, will unfortunately result in you missing your opportunity to participate.
7. Prepare for the Worst:
Try not to arrange any Raids when the clock has less than 20 minutes remaining. This could result in Wasted Passes should there be Network Errors, Phone Glitches or even the rare occurance of needing to Retry the Raid Boss due to Time Running Out.
8. Radio silence please:
Once the raid has entered the Lobby Phase, no more WhatsApp messages should be sent as a courtesy to all Raiders. Keep the signal clear to prevent network errors, especially after a successful encounter as message notifications could result in wasted balls during the Catch Phase. The Raid Leader will give the all clear signal indicating once it is safe to send screenshots and celebration messages.
